Great place with free wi-fi, luggage storage, and comfy rooms. I remember how the staff gave me the best local taxi tip on my first stay. Highly recommend it! I'm coming back for Christmas!

The hosts were so welcoming, facilities spotless and modern, breakfast was delcious. All in all a lovely B and B.

The room was neat with an extremely comfy bed and a hair dryer, a walk-in shower and bath robes in the bathroom. There was a simple decor and a quiet atmosphere.

Tasty and absolutely superb choice for breakfast. Tidy units with great views over the park. Particularly good location in the Lakes for 1 night at short notice, easy to get anywhere.

Noise from neighboring rooms can be quite disruptive!!! Early morning light filtration is a nuisance!!! Limited parking availability makes for a hassle during busy times!!! Heating controls were frustrating and inadequate!!!

Had a great time at this lovely place! The room was spotless and comfortable. I got a tasty cooked breakfast each morning, which was a treat after exploring. Just watch your step in the bathroom as it can get a bit slippery, overall, I’d definitely recommend it! 😊

The local bathroom amenities were a good touch. Breakfast had a hearty spread, fueling us for our hikes. Walking to the town center in five minutes made it super convenient. Optimal for couples wanting both relaxation and adventure!

The charming hosts provided a warm atmosphere. The amazing views of the fells from our top-floor room added to the overall experience. Breakfast was a delight, particularly the grandeur of tea served in elegant china cups. The stone stairs could be a challenge for those with heavy luggage, and the dog-friendly policy might not suit guests with allergies. Ultimately, it's an ideal spot for families or those wanting a relaxed getaway.

No breakfast served

The family room was spacious with two bedrooms, perfect for us. Very clean and modern decor made it cozy. The beds were comfortable, ensuring good sleep after our full days out. Plus, those views from the top floor were peaceful! Only downside was the bathroom could've used a non-slip mat for safety.

Spacious family room with a decent-sized double bed and bunk beds for the kids. Modern furnishings, clean and comfortable ambiance, along with easy access to local cafes and the lake, offered a great base for our hiking adventures.

No breakfast available due to staffing shortages, a letdown since it's commonly expected in this type of accommodation. The bathroom floor became quite slippery after a shower and the early morning light filtered in too brightly through the blinds, disrupting sleep a bit. Climbing about 50 steps to our suite might pose a challenge for anyone with mobility issues, but for us, it wasn't a major drawback, giving us better sunset views instead.
